Basic Shipping Information

All domestic orders are shipped via Fed Ex ground or United States Postal Service. This service takes 2-7 business days depending on what part of the country you are in.

$5.99 up to 5 pounds plus 1.00 per item. After 5 pounds 3.00 per each additional 5 pounds is added.

These rates do not apply to Alaska and Hawaii. We will email you rates for those 2 states. Shipping to a Post Office box may require additional $3.00 insurance, this will be added to your to shipping charges. In changes in shipping will be updated on your order.

You may also select Next Day, 2nd day, and 3 day Shipping from Fed Ex. Note that Saturday and Sunday do not count as shipping days for these expidited methods. So if your order is shipped Friday for example, Next Day, you will not receive it until Monday.

Next day air and 2nd day air, and 3 day select are available. Please realize that it may take 24 - 48 hours to process your order, and that Fed Ex doesn't pick up or deliver on weekends. By shipping with one of the above selections you will get your package sooner than by shipping ground, but not necessarily in 1 - 3 days.

Cost for next day air is $25.99 plus 1.00 per item up to 2 lbs.

Cost for 2nd day air is $19.99 plus 1.00 per tiem up to 3 lbs.

Cost for 3 day select is $13.99 plus 1.00 per item up to 3 lbs.

If you order exceeds these weight limits the additional fees will be added to your shipping charges.

Additional fee's are $3.00 per each pound over listed weight of shipping method.

When will my order ship?

We process orders Monday through Friday. We do not process after 12 pm MST or ship orders on weekends or holidays. We get most orders out the next day. If we use Fed Ex, you will get an email from Fed Ex and one from us when your order ships! Orders are currently being shipped out within 1-2 days. If we have a problem getting your product in stock we will notify you by email within 7 days.

SHIPPING Currently orders are shipping out within 2 business days. If an item is out of stock , we will email you and give you a projected ship date. Please make sure you provide a correct shipping and email address on your order. Fed Ex charges $5.99 for incorrect or misspelled shipping information. This will be charged to the customer's credit card.

Our policy is that we will ship your products as soon as your order is complete, this is often within 24 hours. If you order multiple products, You will have to wait for all items on your order to arrive at our warehouse and then we will ship the complete order.

What is Fed Ex International shipping?

Fed Ex is $39.99 up to 5 pounds after 5 pounds your rates will be updated and emailed to you. This is the premier shipping service. It takes 2 to 4 weeks for delivery to most countries. We receive tracking information and can make that available to you upon request.

What about international orders?

We do ship international. We Use Fed Ex International. See above for details. We will charge your credit card a non-refundable "TEST" amount and ask you to verify that amount. This is a security feature. We may ask you to fax us your picture ID. After confirming your credit card, we will process your order. If the weight is high it may cost more and you will reecieve an email with the new shipping charges. We may ask you to send us a Western Union moneygram for larger orders.

What about customs in my country?

It is impossible for us to know every countries customs poicies. It is up to YOU to check your countries customs policies and only order IF it is accepted into your country. We cannot refund an order if it is taken or lost by your country or you refuse it. All charges are yours to pay after your order has shipped.

How do you ship to the military?

We use the U. S. POST OFFICE. They get it to the military and they take it from there. It is difficult to tell you how long it takes due to where you may be in the military.
