Orders are generally
processed within 48 hours and then shipped one of the three
shipping options we offer, as shown at the bottom of this
page. All packages are sent with a Tracking Number included.
Please note that
shipping carriers will NOT ship to PO Boxes. If you enter a PO
Box as your shipping address, we will have to send the package
by regular air mail which does not have a tracking number. It
could also take 3 - 4 weeks time to arrive this way.
Therefore, we highly
recommend providing a physical shipping address, so that we
can send your order by courier. All orders are packed
discreetly, with no indication of the products inside. There
is nothing written on the package that identifies the
contents.
GenF20 HGH releaser can
currently be shipped to most countries, with some possible
exceptions. Please note that international shipping charges do
not include applicable import duties and taxes. International
customers are responsible for all duties, taxes, tariffs,
customs or other fees or customs restrictions or other
regulations that apply in countries outside the United States
charged by their respective countries. We encourage you to
speak with your Customs Office if you have any questions.
There may be a slight delay for customs clearance, including
in Canada.
If you are unsure if
your country’s customs, please contact
us prior to ordering. Do not order products that are not
allowed to be imported into your country. Check the ingredients
of our products to make sure that there are no restrictions on
importing any of our products. Laws are different in every
country. It is the customer's responsibility to check with
their Customs Office to see if their country permits the
shipment of our products to their country.
If for any reason a
package is seized by Customs Officials, a refund cannot be
issued unless all products are returned in their original
condition. If the package is returned by Customs Officials,
there is no refund of any shipping charges.
