Introduction

The following clinical study and medical information is about the all natural advanced anti - aging product GHR Renew U, sometimes referred to as a generic Growth Hormone Secretagogue or Growth Hormone Releaser.

This product was formulated and manufactured on the basis of scientific literature. Its action is to stimulate the release of growth hormone from the pituitary gland and contains a new Homeopathic HGH powder formula, which puts an extra amount of HGH instantly into the blood stream, to be absorbed by the liver and converted into IGF-l for faster uptake.

After more than 5 years of research with our Anti -Aging products, we have never had or know of any drug interactions with prescription drugs or any other nutraceutical products with ours. We have found that our products in many cases work synergistic with or even without the use of other prescription drugs or nutraceuticals. Also to date we have not even had one reported case of an allergic reaction to our products.

Overview

The following information is not a double blind clinical trial, it is a random collection of data from 9 different medical offices, collecting data from 94 different normal healthy volunteers. It has been known for some time that intravenous and oral administration of amino acids strongly stimulates the secretion of growth hormone from the pituitary gland.

It has also been noted that the oral administration of Homeopathic HGH ( Somatropin) gives an extra enhancement to the liver to produce IGF-1 in humans. This information is being gathered to show the use of GHR Renew U (A New Anti-Aging Formula ) to increase HGH and IGF-1 levels to help in reversing the aging process.

IGF-1 (Insulin Growth Factor-1), also known as Somatromedin C, is the most important growth factor that comes from the liver. It is IGF-1, rather than growth hormone itself, that is used as a measurement of how much growth hormone is being secreted by the body.

Subject and Methods

Ninety four healthy male and female volunteers were selected.

Results were divided into two separate age groups for comparison, 38 volunteers ranging in age from (25 to 44) with normal IGF-1 levels ranging from (90 to 450 ng / ml) and 56 volunteers ranging in age from (45 to 76 ) with normal IGF-1 levels ranging from (50 to 250 ng / ml). The normal reference range for all HGH levels is 0.1 - 5.0 ng / ml.

All volunteers had a blood test for HGH by ICIA (Method) and IGF-1 by RIA (Method) done to establish a baseline parameter. All volunteers were then given four 550 mg capsules of GHR Renew U, after evening meals, to be taken for 5 consecutive days and then skip 2 days.

This same cycle was then repeated weekly for up to 3 months. All volunteers had their HGH and IGF-1 blood levels retested at 30 days ( 1 Month ) and 90 days ( 3 Months ) to evaluate the possible increase in their respective HGH and IGF-1 levels to help in reversing the aging process.

Results

Our findings are clinically important in the terms of the relevance of the percentage increases we found in the two age groups we tested for the increase in IGF-1 levels.

In the 38 volunteers (25 to 44 age group ) the average baseline was 220 ng / ml , after 1 month on GHR Renew U the average percent increase was 168% and after 3 months the average percent increase was 205%. In the 56 volunteers (45 to 76 age group ) the average baseline was 112 ng / ml, after 1 month on GHR Renew U the average percent increase was 331% and after 3 months the average percent increase was 402%.

Even if there are some uncertainties regarding the bioactivity of the GHR Renew U product , there is no doubt that the amino acids and the Homeopathic HGH ( Somatropin ) have stimulated the release of HGH from the Pituitary Gland.

It should also be noted that the hypoglycemia which follows insulin peaks in the body also furthers the stimulus to HGH secretion by the amino acids.

Conclusion

This data was carried out with 94 male and female volunteers to evaluate quantitatively that the secretion of HGH following stimulation by an oral anti-aging product to increase the IGF-1 levels, resulted in showing that an oral administration can provoke a release of pituitary somatotropin. This phenomenon was reproducible and the human growth hormone secreted in response to this stimulation had biological activity.

In reference to this new Anti-Aging product , GHR Renew U , further clinical data is being setup and conducted in other locations world-wide to prove that this oral Anti-Aging formula is the best to date.
